Orders and Inquiries

You can place your order or inquire about any questions or concerns through the Contact page.
Please allow 2 to 3 days for a response.

Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer to Mizuho Bank or PayPal.
We will inform you of the amount and bank transfer information after we receive your order.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the bank transfer fees.

Order expiration date

Your order will be canceled if no payment is received after one week from the date of notification of the bank transfer information.

To view the actual product before purchasing

If you wish to see the actual product before purchasing, you may do so at the Kichijoji Parco 8F SkiiMa conference room in Tokyo.
Please make a request from the Contact page to arrange your appointment.
We will book a conference room. (Each appointment is 40 minutes and is limited to a maximum of 5 people.)
Please note that the number of items that can be viewed during an appointment depends on the size of the artworks.

Delivery

Physical products will be sent by delivery services.
We will ask you for your delivery address and phone number.
Anonymous delivery is available for domestic shipments within Japan. Please feel free to request.

Estimated delivery time

Production will begin after we confirm your payment.
We will inform you of the estimated delivery date upon receipt of your order.
Please note that the delivery date may vary depending on the order status, exhibition schedule, etc.
Please also note that orders from outside Japan will require more time for delivery than orders from within Japan.

Returns and refunds

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds due to your personal preferences. (e.g. “the product is different from what I imagined.”)
Products are made-to-order. Actual brushstrokes and colors may slightly vary from the samples listed on the website.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is incomplete, defective, or different from your order, please contact us by e-mail within one week from the date of receipt.
We will inform you of the return method and re-send the product correspondingly.
We will cover any related shipping costs.
For any damaged or stained products received, please contact the shipping carrier.

Commercial use

Please consult us separately regarding fees and conditions for commercial use.

Handling of personal information

Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of production, shipping, and communication.
satocotohappy is responsible for safely collecting and storing the information, and will not transfer or provide it to any third party.
