Information Custom-made Channeling Art

Orders and Inquiries

You can place your order or inquire about any questions or concerns through the Contact page.
Please allow 2 to 3 days for a response.

Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer to Mizuho Bank or PayPal.
We will inform you of the amount and bank transfer information after we receive your order.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the bank transfer fees.

Order expiration date

Your order will be canceled if no payment is received after one week from the date of notification of the bank transfer information.

Delivery

– Art data + Report
Data will be sent as an email attachment.
The report will be included in the e-mail body.
– High-resolution art print
High-resolution art prints will be sent by delivery services.
We will ask you for your delivery address and phone number.
Anonymous delivery is available for domestic shipments within Japan. Please feel free to request.

Estimated delivery date

– Art data + Report
Production will begin after we confirm your payment.
We will inform you of the estimated delivery date upon receipt of your order.
Please note that the delivery date may vary depending on the order status, exhibition schedule, etc.
(In the past, the delivery date has ranged from one week to a maximum of three months.)
Please note that orders from outside Japan will require more time for delivery than orders from within Japan.
– High-resolution art print
Printing will be processed by the vendor after the payment is received.
Delivery will take a few weeks after the completion of the art data.
Delivery time for international shipping varies depending on the country.

Returns and refunds

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds due to customers’ personal reasons.
– High-resolution art print
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, stained, incomplete, defective, or different from your order, please contact us by e-mail within one week from the date of receipt.
We will inform you of the return method and re-send the product correspondingly.
We will cover any related shipping costs.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds due to your personal preferences. (e.g. “the product is different from what I imagined.”)

Commercial use

Please consult us separately regarding fees and conditions for commercial use.
We can also provide high-resolution data.

Handling of personal information

Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of production, shipping, and communication.
satocotohappy is responsible for safely collecting and storing the information, and will not transfer or provide it to any third party.
