Orders and Inquiries
You can place your order or inquire about any questions or concerns through the Contact page.
Please allow 2 to 3 days for a response.
Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer to Mizuho Bank or PayPal.
We will inform you of the amount and bank transfer information after we receive your order.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the bank transfer fees.
Order expiration date
Your order will be canceled if no payment is received after one week from the date of notification of the bank transfer information.
To view the actual product before purchasing
If you wish to see the actual product before purchasing, you may do so at the Kichijoji Parco 8F SkiiMa conference room in Tokyo.
Please make a request from the Contact page to arrange your appointment.
We will book a conference room. (Each appointment is 40 minutes and is limited to a maximum of 5 people.)
Please note that the number of items that can be viewed during an appointment depends on the size of the artworks.
Delivery
Physical products will be sent by delivery services.
We will ask you for your delivery address and phone number.
Anonymous delivery is available for domestic shipments within Japan. Please feel free to request.
Estimated delivery date
We will ship out the product within one week after receiving your payment.
We will contact you if additional time is needed to source packaging materials, etc.
Please note that the delivery time for international shipping varies depending on the country.
Returns and refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds.
However, you may cancel orders that haven’t entered the shipping process. Please contact us to check.
In the unlikely event that a damaged or stained product is received, please contact the shipping carrier.
Commercial use
Please consult us separately regarding fees and conditions for commercial use.
Handling of personal information
Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of production, shipping, and communication.
